Exploration of Spiritual and Energy Beliefs and Practices

Spiritual and energy principles and techniques are becoming more mainstream, and more people are eager to learn and explore these concepts in ways that they can integrate with their current belief systems and practices. This group will meet weekly for a series of five 90 minute sessions.

Sessions will reflect these themes:

• We are essentially spiritual beings having an earthly experience;

• We are energetic beings manifesting unconsciously and (increasingly) consciously in the physical form;

• We are here to transmute our soul’s karma, our bloodlines generational trauma, and our personality patterns into more love based transmissions;

And,

• We are powerful manifestors, able to create inner and outer peace and harmonious relationships with all beings sharing this precious planet.

  
  

Sessions will include leader facilitated exploration of these ideas with opportunities for individuals to share and reflect on their beliefs, experiences and hopes. Topics may include:  vulnerability, the spiritual/souls journey, the four agreements, manifestation principles, the law of attraction, cultivating a relationship with your higher self and your I Am Presence or God-self,  spiritual discernment, heart math & heart centered meditation, and evolving individual and collective consciousness. 

Group activities will include meditations and basic practices of energy/spiritual principles. Light reading or the viewing of short videos will likely be encouraged between sessions.

Together, we will create a safe and inviting space to explore these beliefs with like-minded souls. As such, this is not a group for skeptics. If you are just beginning to explore these concepts and have healthy skepticism, please reach out to the group leader for possible inclusion in a future group with this theme.

Upon inquiry for this group, the facilitator may hold a brief conversation with prospective participants to be sure that this is a good fit.

Date: Tuesdays beginning June 24, 2025 (group dates: 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22)

Time: 6:30 to 8:00 PM

Place: In person at Beverly Therapists, 10725 South Western, 2nd floor (stairs access)

Minimum four participants; maximum eight participants

$175. Payment will be due after the first session. First session is an opportunity for participants to assess goodness of fit. If a participant chooses not to participate after the first session, there is no charge/obligation.
