About the Presenter:

Adrienne considers herself a lifelong learner hailing from northern CA -exposed to nature early on in life shaping her frame of reference for all living creatures. Early years were spent working weekends as a junior Ranger which exposed and taught her to utilize nature and the cycle of life as a foundational source when providing therapy. She is an avid reader, walker/jogger/hiker, and dog lover. Current interests are cultural/heritage travel tours, orange sherbert ice cream, and “day in the life of…” videos. She uses her faith in God coupled with the theoretical skills acquired to establish anchors when faced with complex clinical challenges. In this season of life she is excited about sharing information to couples in navigating relationship challenges as it pertains to relationship foundation development. A quote that helps inform her work is:

“Helping others, that’s the main thing. The only way for us to help ourselves is to help others and to listen to each other’s stories. - Eli Wiesel

“Truth should be in love and love in truth” - African Proverb
