Exploration of Spiritual and Energy Beliefs and Practices Group

Spiritual and energy principles and techniques are becoming more mainstream, and more people are eager to learn and explore these concepts in ways that they can integrate with their current belief systems and practices. This group will meet weekly for a series of four 90 minute sessions. Sessions will reflect these themes:

• We are essentially spiritual beings having an earthly experience;
• We are energetic beings manifesting unconsciously and (increasingly) consciously in the physical form;
• We are here to transmute our soul’s karma, our bloodlines generational trauma, and our personality patterns into more love based transmissions; 

       And, 

• We are powerful manifestors, able to create inner and outer peace and harmonious relationships with all beings sharing this precious planet. 

Sessions will include leader-facilitated exploration of these ideas with opportunities for individuals to share and reflect on their beliefs, experiences and hopes. Group activities will include meditations and basic practices of energy/spiritual principles. Light reading or the viewing of short videos will likely be encouraged between sessions. 

Together, we will create a safe and inviting space to explore these beliefs with like-minded souls. As such, this is not a group for skeptics. If you are just beginning to explore these concepts and have healthy skepticism, please reach out to the group leader for possible inclusion in a future group with this theme. 

Upon inquiry for this group, the facilitator may hold a brief conversation with prospective participants to be sure that this is a good fit. 

Fee: $125 paid in advance. Nonrefundable, except in the situation where the group is canceled by facilitator (for instance,      

          in the event of minimum participants of group not being met)

About the group leader: Lisa Catania, LCSW has been a psychotherapist for over 35 years. She has been integrating spiritual and energy modalities into her therapy practice for the past 15 years.
