About the Event
At the beginning of every new year (and perhaps after a stressful holiday season), many Americans look back on the past and decide to make productive changes in their ways of living for the future. We call them New Years' Resolutions. Great! Too often, however, these resolutions seem to just fade away and old bad habits resume. Or the new, productive measures we have ambitiously claimed are slowly (or quickly) forgotten.
In this workshop, learn how habits form and become established, and how to create good habits and break bad habits. Dennis will teach about how and why habits become automatic, and the rules we can use to help build better habits. There will be time for discussion and questions and answers.
