About the Event
How do we keep an open hopeful heart while experiencing fear, loss and heartbreak? In this four session journey together, we will learn what it means to experience holding space for our own and each other’s emotional healing process. Through writing prompts, meditations, sharing and gentle support, we will acknowledge the depths of our feelings and the capacity for our heart to heal and to draw from deep inner resources to live a joyful and hope inspired life even when life can be painful, messy and uncertain.
While this is not a therapy group, it is guided by Lisa’s numerous years of supporting people through the process of healing and growing through their greatest struggles. Experienced in holding circles and retreats, Lisa gently encourages brave open-hearted space to guide exploration, expression and meaningful movement forward. This group is a wonderful complement to someone who is already on their healing self-growth journey.
