About the Event

As children move toward adolescence there can often be a strain in your relationship.  This workshop not only acknowledges complicated teen behavior and barriers to closeness, but also looks to how to strengthen family ties during this turbulent and exciting developmental time.

This training will focus on how to connect with your pre-teens and teenagers. We will identify issues that contribute to  family conflict and ways to reduce it. We also share tips and tricks to strengthen familial relationships during the teen years.

Saturday, February 13th, 2021 from 3pm - 5pm

About the presenter: Jamin Wright, LCPC is a licensed clinician with over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults and their families. She enjoys building a respectful, candid, playful and supportive relationship with each young person she supports through therapy.  She partners with parents to better understand their child’s challenges and to find creative and resilient ways to deepen family relationships through any and all struggles.
