Wellness Series: Habits: Good and Bad
This workshop from Dennis Klacko, LCPC, will teach about the concept of focusing not on our goals or outcomes (what we want to achieve), but on who we want to be, and the systems we employ to get there.
Time & Location
Jul 22, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
About the Event
Once habits are established they seem to stick around forever, but they can work for us or against us. If habits stick around forever, why not create ones that make it easy to accomplish our goals?
Focusing on the system and processes that create habits rather than on goals is the key to building good habits. (Outcomes are about what you get; Processes are about what you do.)
Please join us for this workshop which will teach about the concept of focusing not on our goals or outcomes (what we want to achieve), but on who we want to be, and the systems we employ to get there.
Seminars are scheduled to take place on Zoom. Participants will be emailed a Zoom link before the workshop.
